The Art of Joyful Living

Come on this journey and rediscover the true wonder of Working from the Heart. Recapture that feeling of trusting from a centre of acceptance and love. With a twinkle in your eyes and affection in your heart, we dream together…

This experiential one day workshop helps you to tap into your heart connection, and is for you if you:

We focus on opening the heart chakra using heart meditations, words, movement and music. Understanding why taking a heart-centred approach to relationships with yourself and others can be a truly wonderful and empowering experience for you and those with whom you come into contact in your daily life. Working from the Heart helps you to become more centred and work more easily from the true you. The workshop provides you with practical tools and exercises that you will be able to apply in your life immediately, on such topics as:

Building bridges with those who you find challenging

Accepting others
Paying exquisite attention
