Teamworking at the Heart of Business
Diane has always had a keen interest in team working. This stems, in part, from having worked in an effective team herself many years ago. Her approach to teams and team working is about understanding and valuing each other.
Diane designs exercises and uses processes that help to uncover connection and difficulties that are below the surface. These processes are fun to do, with serious underlying purpose. They help people to truly work out what is going on at the moment, and how the team can work together more effectively.
For existing teams this means that you can clear miscommunication, increase trust, get understanding as to what people do and why.
